Terms of Service

By using any Gabriola AI product or website, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the service.

Services are provided as-is during the Alpha period. We may change, suspend, or discontinue them at any time.
You're responsible for your account credentials and for the data you connect to the platform.
Don't use our products for anything illegal, harmful, or abusive.
We're not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the last 30 days.
Governing law: British Columbia, Canada.

We collect only what we need to run the product you're using.

Account data — name and email when you sign up.
Usage data — basic logs to keep the service running and diagnose problems.
Connected data — data from integrations you explicitly authorise (e.g. Gmail, QuickBooks). We access only what the product requires.

We don't sell your data. Ever.
We don't use your data to train AI models.
We don't share your data with third parties except to operate the service (hosting, payment processing, the integrations you authorise).

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data at any time by emailing prompt@gabriola.ai. We'll respond within 30 days.

We use only functional cookies necessary to keep you logged in. No tracking or advertising cookies.

We'll post any material changes here and update the date above. Continued use after changes means acceptance.
